Lisa has worked with Persona for nearly 2 years now. Initially we asked her to come in to untertake some mock inpsections. She did this incredibly thoroughly and professionally. From there we realised that we needed to develop a robust quality assurance framework to enable us to better govern our quality.
Lisa worked hand in hand with us to design the QA framework and then to support us to implement and embed it.
During her time working with us she has undertaken deep dive thematic reviews and been inolved in project groups to develop the culture and approach around quality. She is absolutely amazing. Nothing is ever too much trouble. She is responsive to all requests and works so well with the team that we joke that she is a virtual member of Team Persona.
She develops really supportive relationships with staff thoughout the organisation.
