ABOUT XCEED

I am the founder of Xceed Care Compliance with over 25 years’ experience, initially working in the Social Housing industry, with the last 15 years specialising in Care and Support Quality Assurance and Compliance Services for both Adult Social Care regulated and non-regulated services.
I am incredibly passionate about the delivery of the highest quality of care and support. I have a proven track record of successfully delivering for clients on a wide and varied range of specialist and often bespoke quality assurance, compliance and business review projects, driving forward client, staff, customer and stakeholder satisfaction through the effective delivery and implementation of service improvement plans and projects .
