About Us
Lisa Hitchcox is the founder of Xceed Care Compliance with over 25 years’ experience initially working in the Social Housing industry, with the last 15 years specialising in Care and Support Quality Assurance and Compliance Services for both Adult Social Care regulated and non-regulated services.
Lisa is passionate about the delivery of the highest quality of care and support and has a proven track record of successfully delivering for clients on a range of compliance, audit and business assurance projects.
The projects have included the implementation of a range of service Quality Assurance and Communication Frameworks, driving forward Client service improvements through the delivery of effective action plans leading to improved CQC ratings and supporting clients to be ‘Outstanding’ through a range of methods including staff mentoring, training and the delivery of ‘Outstanding’ workshops and programmes.
